Technology Introduction:
Gypsum single tower double circulation desulfurization technology is quiet suitable for desulfurization of flue gas with high sulfur content with high desulfurization efficiency. This technology uses a double-loop open spray tower and two independent slurry circulation processes, which can meet the requirements of different slurry properties in different stages of oxidation and absorption. Slurry pH and circulation flow rate can be independently controlled by the means of partition, which can quickly adapt to changes in sulfur dioxide concentration and Load changes.
The single-tower double-cycle flue gas desulfurization technology had been implemented by Lideheng Company in the 2×130 t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler of Puxian Changyi Sheng Power Generation Co., Ltd., which can ensure that the ultra SO2 discharge concentration will be less than 35 mg/Nm3 as long as the initial SO2 concentration is less than 8200 mg/ Nm3.
