Fixed Bed Particle Absorptions Dry Desulfurization
This technology is mainly developed for desulfurization treatment of flue gas emitted when cleaner energy such as blast furnace gas and converter gas is used. The flue gas contacts the particulate desulfurizer in the fixed-bed reactor and absorbs SO2 in the flue gas. Saturated desulfurizer is regularly discharged from the reactor and the new desulfurizer is refilled at the same time. The process system is simple which can adapt to a wide range of flue gas temperature with low operating cost. It is one of the better processes for the treatment of low-concentration SO2 flue gas.
