Technology Introduction:
SNCR flue gas denitrification technology refers to selective non-catalytic reduction, which is to spray NH3, urea and other reducing agents into the furnace in order to quickly decompose reducing agents (urea) into NH3 which will react with NOx to generate N2 without a catalyst. The reaction temperature is between 850 °C and 1150°C. It is mainly used in denitrification projects of circulating fluidized bed boilers, cement kilns, pellet grate machines and other furnaces. Especially, SNCR denitrification technology of pellet grate machines is highly difficult but Lideheng Company has core technology.
