Due to the small amount of SO₂ in the flue gas, the fumes are somewhat corrosive, especially when the flue gas temperature is lower than the dew point, severe acid corrosion will occur. The dust particles of the sintering head are fine, and the dust specific resistance is large. There are many dust collection points at the tail of the machine, and the dust concentration is large. Sintering head flue gas generally adopts electric dust removal, and tail gas generally adopts electric bag dust collector or bag type dust collector.
