Our company possesses advanced treatment technology for sintering machine head flue gas treatment, which has won the third prize of scientific and technological progress award of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment of the People's Republic of China.

Through continuous introduction of innovations and aiming at the ultra-low emission transformation of sintering machine flue gas, our company implemented SDA semi-dry desulfurization + GGH + SCR denitrification treatment technology on sintering machine of Tangshan Fengnan Kaiheng Iron&Steel Co.,Ltd and built CFB semi-dry desulfurization +bad de-dusting + GGH heating + medium-low temperature SCR denitrification project in Tangshan Fengnan District Jingan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. Our company earlier mastered both SDA and CFB semi-dry desulfurization project performance in the industry.

Making full use of the original wet desulfurization facilities of the sintering machine and rationally using resources and reduce investment costs, our company has built a wet calcium desulfurization + wet electricity + condensation + GGH heating + medium- high temperature SCR denitration project on Sintering Machine of Shanxi Jianlong Industrial Group.

In order to realize the synergistic treatment of sintering machine flue gas and multiple pollutants and ultra-low emissions, our company cooperated with MCC Changtian International Engineering Co.,Ltd, Northern Engineering& Technology Corporation, MCC and Shanxi Taigang Engineering Technology Co.,Ltd to introduce integrated technology of activated carbon desulfurization, denitrification and de-dusting. At present, it has obtained the engineering application achievements of Hebei Puyang Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd, Hebei lron and Steel Group Jinding Heavy Industries Co.,Ltd , and Anhui Shoukuang Dachang Metal Material Co.,Ltd.
